100% solar roof
Every usable roof plane is treated as one disciplined all-black photovoltaic field.

A solar garden retreat
One suite. One edible garden. A quieter way to stay in Chiang Mai.
The proposition
KIRI ONE is a compact technology-forward retreat shaped around shade, food, energy, and stillness. A low charcoal pavilion disappears into Chiang Mai's green while its entire roof becomes a solar power plant.
Inside, pale mineral surfaces, glass, brushed metal, and soft textiles replace decorative timber. Outside, an edible garden and sheltered terrace turn a short stay into a slower rhythm.

Landed lightly
The operating idea
Every usable roof plane is treated as one disciplined all-black photovoltaic field.
More space where it matters: a private sleeping, bathing, dressing, and media retreat.
Herbs, fruit, and productive beds make the garden part of the daily experience.
Climate, lighting, access, security, energy, and charging work as one discreet layer.
